Monthly lesson/training packages explanation:
Monthly packages are based on the average weekly lesson/training fee multiplied by 50 weeks (accounting for one week that I may miss lessons and one week that the client may miss lessons with no makeups needed) and then divided by 12 months. Packages prices are discounted and the bigger the package, the larger the discount. Rates will not increase for months that have 5 weeks. The 5th week of the month will be used for makeup lessons. If no makeup is needed, it is treated as a regular lesson week.
Minimum lesson requirement is one lesson per week.
If a lesson is cancelled without 24-hour notice, that lesson will be forfeited.
If given more than 24 hours’ notice, one makeup lesson will be allowed per month.
Payment is due on the 1st of the month. A late fee of $25 will be charged if payment is received after the 5th and $50 if payment is received after the 10th.
30 days’ notice is required if there is to be a decrease in monthly package.
30 days' notice is required to terminate a lesson package.
One training ride per week is required in order for me to show your horse (training rides must start at least two months prior to show).
